S&T Start-Up Challenge

Scope of participants’ involvement:

Student in teams of 2-5 will pitch their business model for a potential new company. Teams will attend a kick-off meeting (October 10^th) to then get access to the learning modules that will prepare students for their pitch presentation. Teams that complete the learning modules on creating a business model (offered asynchronously on Canvas) by October 25^th will have access to meet with an entrepreneurship mentor that will help them perfect their pitch. Then on November 14^th teams will present their 5-minute pitch to a panel of judges, who will then provide feedback and ask questions of the team.
