Learn what drives anxiety and how to interrupt its cycle using the STOPP method. You'll discover how the central nervous system influences anxiety and how to regulate fight-or-flight responses. Build self-awareness and emotional insight while practicing mindful meditation and vagus nerve exercises. Through experiential activities, mindfulness-based techniques, and peer support, you'll develop practical strategies to improve anxiety management and foster personal growth. This group is led by a counselor.
